How much will it cost?

If direct Apple repair service is available in your country or region, use our online tool to review some repair estimates. Other service providers can set their own fees, so ask them for an estimate

We'll add a shipping fee if your repair requires shipping and isn't covered under warranty. All fees are in euro and include VAT. We’ll inspect your product when we receive it and confirm the service charges.

Product Warranty

The Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPhone and the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.

Depending on the issue, you might have coverage with the applicable Apple warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law.

Accessories

Apple-branded accessories are covered under the Apple One Year Limited Warranty. Our warranty doesn't cover batteries that wear down from normal use. If your accessory's battery is depleted and your warranty has expired, you can replace the accessory’s battery for a fee.

Guarantee

We guarantee our service, including replacement parts, for 90 days or the remaining term of your Apple warranty, if it’s longer.

Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used Apple genuine parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
