Battery service
We can replace your iPhone battery for a service fee. Our warranty doesn’t cover batteries that wear down from normal use.
Screen repair or back glass repair
We replace cracked screens and back glass for a fee. Accidental damage isn't covered by the Apple warranty.

The repair pricing shown here applies only to service performed by an Apple Repair Center or an Apple Store in Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.
Hardware service may no longer be available for some older products.

All prices are in Brazilian reais and include tax. We’ll inspect your product when we receive it and confirm the service charges. If your iPhone has catastrophic damage, you might have to pay the full replacement value.
Legal information
Warranty
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPhone and the Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for one year from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories purchased separately are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. This includes adapters, spare cables, wireless chargers, or cases.
Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
If your situation isn’t covered, you’ll pay a fee. If the issue with your iPhone is ineligible for service, you might pay the full replacement value.
Guarantee
If you receive a replacement iPhone, it will be new. Or upon your written consent, we can replace it with one that may contain previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
