All prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. We’ll inspect your product when we receive it and confirm the service charges. If your iPhone has catastrophic damage, you might have to pay the full replacement value. If your iPhone has catastrophic damage, you might have to pay the full replacement value.

Get ready for your repair

  • When you buy a new iPhone from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller in Turkey, your device's IMEI gets registered with the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). If you buy or exchange your iPhone at an authorized Apple location outside of Turkey, you'll need to register it before you can use it on a wireless network in Turkey or get repair and service.
  • Back up your iPhone with iCloud or iTunes. You'll need the backup to restore your content if we have to reset or replace your iPhone.
  • Make sure you know your Apple ID and password.
  • If your iPhone has a SIM card, take it out and keep it.
  • Turkish citizens: If you got your iPhone outside of Turkey, make sure it's registered on the eGov website
  • Non-Turkish citizens: If you got your iPhone outside of Turkey, apply to a mobile operator in Turkey for temporary eGov registration.
  • Keep your cables and other accessories when you get service.

Warranty

Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
The Apple Limited Warranty covers your iPhone and Apple-branded accessories that come in the box with your product against manufacturing issues for two years from the date you bought them. Apple-branded accessories purchased separately are covered by the Apple Limited Warranty for Accessories. This includes adapters, spare cables, wireless chargers, or cases. Our warranty is in addition to rights provided by consumer law.
If your situation isn’t covered, you’ll pay a fee. If the issue with your iPhone is ineligible for service, you might pay the full replacement value.

Guarantee

Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements.
Out-of-warranty service has a six-month limited hardware warranty.
